Building on the success of last year’s introduction to Insights Discovery, we are offering an exclusive half-day training session on the afternoon before the conference. This is your chance to take a deeper dive into leadership and personal impact, with practical tools you can apply immediately in your role.


As part of the session, every delegate will receive a free personalised Insights Discovery profile (worth over £120), giving you a powerful framework for understanding your leadership style and how to adapt to get the best from others.


This highly interactive training will:


- Unpack your Insights profile to reveal your leadership strengths and development areas


- Explore different leadership styles and when to use them


- Give you strategies to adapt your leadership for different situations and teams


- Help you lead with authenticity, resilience, and influence


This session is designed as high-quality continuing professional development (CPD), recognised and valued across sectors. Places are deliberately limited to ensure an engaging and tailored experience.

This package also includes hotel accommodation with breakfast. Kindly ensure payment for your ticket is completed before 13th March 2026, as unpaid bookings beyond this period may result in your room being released. Please note this does not include Liverpool City Levy chargeable at £2.40 per room per night paid on arrival at the hotel.

  • Accommodation

    For anyone wishing to stay in Liverpool the night before of the event, we have agreed a reduced rate with the Delta Marriott.


    Booking instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation.

  • Directions to the Venue

    The venue is just a 7-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from Liverpool Lime Street Station.


    Parking - If you are driving to the venue, parking is available on-site (Q-Park Queens Square, Queens Square, Liverpool, L1 1RH - entrance via Whitechapel). Reduced rates of £8 for 12 hours or £16 for 24 hours are available — please validate your ticket at the hotel reception before you leave.


    An additional option is St John’s Shopping Centre Car Park, located just across the road. The regular rate is £13.50 for 8 hours.

  • Arrival

    The venue is just a 7-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from Liverpool Lime Street Station.

  • Wifi
