Helen Stewart is the School Business and Operations Manager at Hope School in Liverpool, ensuring effective day-to-day operations, providing leadership and supporting strategic projects including the Liverpool HEARTS initiative and Behaviour Intervention Team. Before moving into education in 2008, she worked in hospitality industry, developing skills in managing multiple roles simultaneously – skills that have proven invaluable in schools’ business management!



Hope School is a primary SEMH school that uses attachment and trauma-informed practices (ATP) to support pupils’ social and emotional development. As a mother of two adopted, now adult children, Helen brings personal insight and is passionate about how ATP builds strong meaningful relationships across the school community to help pupils feel safe, understood, and able to thrive.
