Sue has a background in Management Accounting working with BP Oil.  Following a career break to raise the family, in 2015 Sue started working in education as a rural primary School Business Manager.  Since 2019, Sue has been CFOO leading finance and operations teams across five SEND schools in Suffolk and Norfolk. 

Sue is a member of WomenEd -supporting women into leadership in education and she is currently studying for Masters in Senior Leadership with NCE.
