Fiona has worked as a SBM for over 15 years at a SEND school for age range 4 years to 16 years.

During her tenure, Fiona has completed a Degree in School Business Management, Level 7 Certificate in School Financial and Operational Leadership, and Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Educational Leadership.



She is a member of a local primary network of schools, a Lancashire Special Schools BM network, ISBL and NNOSS. In 2022, Fiona was awarded the ISBL CEO Award for Exceptional Contribution to School Business Leadership in recognition of her work for ISBL on their Advisory Panel and Editorial Board.
